Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unread books in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
If approved, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Personalized or signed books (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect)
